Part I Illustration & Brief Introduction
1 Heating ways: steam, electric, far IR, steam and electric two uses, decided by customers.
2 Temperature: steam heated to 50-140℃, the max, temperature could reach to 150℃.
3 Electricity, far infrared temperature needs 50-350℃.
4 Common steam pressures 0.02-0.8 Mpa(0.2-8kg/cm2).
5 Mated electrical heating by 5kw with I model, calculated by 5-8w/h.
6 Specific requirements could be design based on customers’ demands.
7 The using temperature could above 140℃, or below 60℃, notify this point in the order.
8 Our factory will unify the dimensions of griddle and outhouse.
9 The dimension of griddle: 460*640*45(mm)
Part ⅡMain Features:
1 The controller cabinet control by press-button (we can also made touch controller based on customers’ requirements), more convenient operation, increase usage life.
2 Most of the heated air circle in the box, high thermal efficiency, and energy-saving.
3 It uses enhanced ventilation and equips with adjustable air distributing plate inside the oven.
4 Small noise when working, balance of turning, auto-controllable temperature, convenience installation and maintenance
5 Wide applicable, it can dry kinds of material, ideal universal drier equipment

This machine is applicable to the dehydration and drier of pharmaceutics, chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products. Such as raw/crud drug, vegetable, fruit, and spices, etc.
